Overview:
The recurrence of accidents is basically the cause of poor job of investigating them. Inadequate data gathering, misuse of analysis techniques and selecting inappropriate control measures are just some of the common pitfalls of those company personnel task to perform the investigation. Because investigation is a serious business, management must ensure that all accident are investigated thoroughly. To achieve this end, personnel charged with the responsibility must be trained on the "nuts and bolts" of accident investigation.

This course will provide participants with the modern techniques of investigating accidents from the identification of sources of information to the systematic analysis of facts to derive effective recommendations.
