We do this through a structured training needs analysis (TNA) by utilizing a combination of tools which include formal and informal interviews, task observation, surveys, performance test, examinations of records, questionnaires and formal research.     This course will provide participants with the modern techniques of investigating accidents from the identification of sources of information to the systematic analysis of facts to derive effective recommendations. more
     
  • OVERVIEW OF INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE
    This seminar will provide participants with the basic knowledge and techniques in recognizing and controlling various environmental hazards and stresses in the workplace. more
     
  • PLANNED GENERAL SAFETY INSPECTION
    This 2-day course will provide front-line supervisors with the basic knowledge on the concepts and applications of a planned inspection program. The course will involve presentation of concepts through lecture-discussion and application through simulated exercises. more
     
  • SAFETY AND HEALTH MANAGEMENT AUDIT
    Safety and health audits are tools used by most companies to assess the status of compliance by most companies with safety laws and company policies and procedures. An audit is a "snapshot" of conditions at the facility and provides a starting point for activities to bring the facility into the full safety compliance if exceptions to compliance are identified. more
     
  • ELECTRICAL SAFETY
    This course is designed to assist target participants understand the basic principles of electricity, safe work conditions and procedures, correct response to emergencies in order to prevent injury, death and property damage as a result of unsafe practices or electrical hazards. more
     
  • DEFENSIVE DRIVING
    This course will give companies a starting point in bringing about positive change in their employees driving attitude.  In turn, employees will be more responsible for their own safety, the safety of their passengers and cargoes, and the general public. more
     

  • CONFINED SPACE SAFETY
    This seminar will provide personnel with responsibility in managing confined space safety as well as those who enter and attends to it the critical procedures. more

    This course will provide participants with practical approaches to problems and solutions concerning safety and health in the use of chemicals at work. more
     

  • CONTROLLING HAZARDOUS ENERGY
    This course reviews the steps that are necessary for controlling hazardous energy in machines and other equipment. It explains how to make equipment safe for non-electrical and electrical maintenance and repair work. more
     

  • HOW TO DEVELOP AN EMERGENCY PLAN
    This course is designed to provide participants with the working knowledge on how to develop an effective emergency plan. more
     
  • BASIC OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY & HEALTH
    This course is designed to provide participants with basic tools in assisting employer in complying with the applicable provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Standards and in developing basic programs to address the unique needs of the workplace more
     

  • HAZARD COMMUNICATION
    This course is to introduce the participant to the requirements of the Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) and the methods that might be used to comply with the mandates of the HCS. These methods of compliance often referred to as best practices vary widely in scope and application. To help trainees understand between the HCS requirements and the recommended best practices, each module indicates whether the information is based on the HCS or is an example of best practices suggestions. more
